2. Concise Conclusion: a straight-forward patient-friendly answer
3. Quick Wrap-up
Clearly, there are nuances that may not be captured in this format. The goal here is to provide you with helpful counselling tips which often draw from multiple sources or those which are not commonly accessed by busy healthcare providers serving the community.

Counselling Conundrum: "My dog is in pain; can I just give them Tylenol or Advil?"
Concise Conclusion: Unfortunately, many of these medications can be toxic to dogs. It's best to take your dog to a vet and have them assessed, and they can prescribe something safe and effective for them.
Quick Wrap-up: It's best not to guess with pets. Check weights and ensure appropriate dosing for Rxs; Vets make errors just like Physicians do, even though they have more pharmacy experience. We tend to defer giving our pharmaceutical opinions and recommendations to Veterinarians as well, as this tends to reach outside of our scope of practice.
