Concise Conclusion: Unfortunately it can take up to 7 days for a sinus infection to get better. Sorry you were hoping for a faster resolution, but after 7 days if it's not better or if it gets worse I would head back to the clinic."
Quick Wrap-up: Remind patients they may still have lingering symptoms for up to 21 days as well. Our cue cards serve as a good reminder that sinusitis does not follow the typical 2-3 days monitoring.
